Carson Valley Holistic Health Fair

Carson Valley will take a meaningful step toward community-centered wellness this winter as it hosts its first-ever Carson Valley Holistic Health Fair, a free, public event bringing together local practitioners, small businesses, and residents who share a passion for natural health and whole-person well-being.

Held at Minden Mercantile on January 31, 2026 from 9:00am-2:00pm, the fair will showcase a diverse range of holistic health providers and wellness professionals from across the Carson Valley. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet practitioners face-to-face, ask questions, experience demonstrations, and explore integrative approaches that support mind, body, and spirit.

“This event is about connection,” says event organizer Dr. Joshua Welch and Nicole Quilici. “Connection to our local businesses, to our neighbors, and to healthier ways of living that feel accessible and empowering.”

In addition to educational exhibits and interactive demonstrations, the fair will feature a community raffle with prizes and services generously donated by local businesses. All raffle proceeds will be reinvested into future wellness-focused initiatives in the Carson Valley, helping the movement continue long after the event concludes.

More than just a one-day gathering, the Carson Valley Holistic Health Fair represents a growing interest in preventative, natural, and relationship-based approaches to health, where curiosity is welcomed and conversations matter.
