The Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park is a county-owned public park and the grounds are open for use seven days a week, sunrise to sunset only. Occasionally, the park is closed for private or ticketed events. The historic buildings feature interpretive signs that share the site's history, and from April to October (and other months when conditions permit) several are open for visitors to see. There is no fee to visit the park, but visitors are requested to make a donation to the non-profit that operates and maintains the facilities. All visits are self-guided and appointments are not necessary. A current event schedule and other closure dates, when known, are listed on the park's website.
