2024 Carson Valley Turkey Trot Fun Run

Jump start your Thanksgiving Day celebrations with an energizing race for a worthy cause! Proceeds for the 8th annual Carson Valley Turkey Trot Fun Run will support the Douglas Animal Welfare Group and the Carson Valley Community Food Closet.

This fun run takes place in the beautiful Carson Valley, starting at Minden Park in downtown Minden. Trot through this picturesque downtown neighborhood as a fun way to start the Thanksgiving holiday.

You can participate in person or virtually! It is $30 per person to register, and if your kiddos want in on the action, they can join the Kids’ Turkey Dash for $20 per child (ages 12 and under). The Run begins at 8:45am, with the Kids’ Turkey Dash starting at 8:30am.
