Carson Valley Trails Association - Run the Valley 2025

The Carson Valley Trails Association is excited to bring back its popular trail run/walk for 2025. This timed but non-competitive 5K, 10k, or 2k will start at the James Lee Park Trailhead on Saturday, Oct 4, 2025 and will include:

• 5K and 10k trail runs within CVTA’s James Lee Loops (8:00am start time for 10k, 8:30am start time for 5k).
• 2k free family fun run/walk; off-road strollers and dogs (on leash) are welcome (9:30am start time).
• Race registration includes t-shirt for adults and children 12 and over. Children under 12 race for free and will receive finisher medals!

This is a great non-competitive opportunity for beginners to get out and experience a 5k trail run. Tech shirts will be provided for all 5k and 10k finishers.
