Nature Journaling: "The Buzz about Honeybees"

Celebrate Pollinator Week with a nature journaling class focused on the impressive honeybee (Apis Mellifera)!

Observe the behavior of bees hovering around the outdoor blooming flowers, learn about what makes bees special, and complete a guided drawing of a honeybee. Following drawing prompts, you will create a model journal page. Supplies will be provided, however, you may want to bring your own, including: a small journal (6×8) and drawing utensils. The sweetest part of the class will be tasting a sample of Hidden Valley Honey, produced by a local beekeeper. There’s a lot to “buzz” about when it comes to bees!
