Kite Flying Weekend at Dangberg Ranch

An event beloved by locals and visitors alike returns to Dangberg! Kite Flying Weekend will take place on Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 10am until 2pm both days. Come see an assortment of big and beautiful kites, which include varieties designed for high wind and for no wind.

The non-profit Friends of Dangberg Home Ranch will give free, small kites to children to decorate, fly, and keep, while supplies last, and everyone is also invited to bring their own kites. There will also be crafts and big bubbles for youngsters to “blow” into the calm atmosphere. This event is free for all.
