Estate Grown: Sustainable grain, oat, rye, wheat, barley, and corn are cultivated on the locally owned land here in the Carson Valley, and traditionally processed in our Malt House.
Estate Made: Our estate journey begins when we plant our grains on the locally owned land here in the Carson Valley, and ends when these same, now-spent grains are composted on the same land. Fermentation, distillation, aging, and bottling all take place within our estate. This control results in a true expression of the land, the people, and the artistry that goes into every glass.
In addition to perfect mixology made special for each guest and every customer, the top floor of the Mill with the most stunning chandelier, features a wine tasting experience featuring Foley Family Wines.
TOUR THE DISTILLERY
We love having friends over for a tour of the estate. When you sign up to hear from our well versed tour guides, enjoy the education, and see all the secret distilling spots, you'll get to enjoy the spirits individually back in the tasting room. From there, you can enjoy spirits are then placed into a homemade cocktail from our mixologists. This experience will give you an intimate look at who we are and what we do in our LEED Gold Certified and historic estate distillery. But the fun doesn't stop there, tastings can lead you to a wine flight as well.
