Evening Chautauqua at Dangberg Ranch 2026

Favorite Chautauquans will appear throughout Dangberg’s 2026 Summer Festival performing a series of intriguing historical figures.

Tickets for the evening Chautauqua performances are $15. Both member and general public tickets will be available at each ticketed event. Advanced ticket purchase is not available to the general public, but members of the non-profit Friends of Dangberg Home Ranch can contact the park for more information. Evening Events, 6:00pm-7:30 pm

June 10: Smithsonian Scholar Mary Ann Jung returns to Dangberg Historic Park to present her show SALLY RIDE-REACH FOR THE STARS!
June 24: Roopa Mohan portrays Ranji Smile–Highly-regarded Chef who brought Indian flavors to the Western palette in the early 20th Century.
July 8: Kim Harris portrays Libbie Bacon Custer—Wife of George Armstrong Custer, U.S. Army, who became an advocate for his legacy.
July 24: *Chautauqua Showcase: “They Made America” Day 1* Kim Harris portrays religious figure Anne Hutchinson.
July 25: *Chautauqua Showcase: “They Made America” Day 2* Doug Mishler portrays American explorer William Clark.
July 26: *Chautauqua Showcase: “They Made America” Day 3* Leslie Goddard portrays Abigail Adams, wife of John Adams and early advocate for women’s rights.
July 29: Bowen Lyam Lee portrays her great great grandmother, “The Notorious Mrs. Lee.”
