History Presentation - “Our History…Our Heritage”

A 55-minute history presentation. Using historic photographs and extensive research, local authors and historians David & Gayle Woodruff reflect back on the deep and rich history of the Carson Valley, including the important roles played by the Minden Flour Milling Company and its magnificent buildings, the Virginia and Truckee Railroad, pioneer families, Genoa, the California Trail and more…in creating one of the most historic areas in Nevada.

This event will take place on Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 1:00pm-2:15pm at Minden Mill Distilling. It’s free to attend, provided you have reserved a ticket.
